We usually process orders and ship them out same day or the following business day.
We offer free standard shipping within the United States on orders over $80! Shipping for orders $30 or less is only $4.45, and shipping for orders between $30 and $80 is $5.95. Our shipping typically takes 2-10 business days via the USPS. Email email@example.com if you require expedited service. To be able to offer reasonable prices and to respect mother earth, we often use "recycled" shipping products.
If you would like your order shipped insured mail, we recommend purchasing package insurance (available in the checkout). If you purchase insurance, we do guarantee delivery and a replacement package will be sent out after 30 days of original ship date. If you do not purchase insurance, we cannot be responsible for packages once they are shipped.
If your order has not yet been shipped, we will do our best to make any necessary changes. Email firstname.lastname@example.org with your request.
Yes, we do ship to FBO/APO addresses.
We do ship internationally, but you must email email@example.com with your request to determine specific shipping costs! Please note that shipping times internationally can vary quite a bit, so no estimate will be given.
Returned packages due to incorrect/incomplete addresses and/or lack of signing for the package will be at the customer’s expense.
We would gladly accept returns, but these steps must be followed for any return:
Returns must be RECEIVED back within 30 days from the date of purchase. Any item received after this date will be sent back at your expense.
Items must be in their original condition (unused) with their original packaging and tags.
You must contact us by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org prior to the return for approval. Please include your name, date of purchase, item(s) you wish to return, reason for return, and method of return in the email.
If you want a refund for the return and received free shipping for the item(s), the actual cost of shipping for the item(s) will be deducted from the refund total. If you want store credit, you will receive the FULL purchase price as store credit. A credit voucher code will be emailed to you once the return is processed. We will not deduct any shipping costs. If you want an exchange, the full purchase price will be applied to the item(s) you are exchanging for. We will not deduct any shipping costs. Please list the item(s) you want in exchange in the return request email. If there is a balance due, we will send a PayPal invoice to cover the difference.
Refusing a package is not a valid method to return your purchase. This method will result in a 25% restocking fee. Return shipping costs are your responsibility. We recommend insuring your package and/or having delivery confirmation. We are not responsible for items damaged in shipment or not received by us.
All defective merchandise is handled directly through the manufacturer for safety and quality control purposes. If you received a defective product, please email email@example.com to request the appropriate manufacturer contact information. We will assist you with this request in any way possible.
Any returned checks are subject to a $25 fee.
